When a plow damaged my building, I called Jamie who promptly took action and put me in touch with Tom Stevens as a project manager. Tom was out on site the next day and did a great job helping me through the entire process. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and made the whole process very easy. He coordinated with all the appropriate contractors to ensure the project moved along at a timely pace. The final result of the rebuild was fantastic.
