Started a few months ago and have been a huge fan. I haven't ever left a session not sweaty and that a good thing! The trainers are great and keep everything fun and engaging! 10/10 would recommend! (Even when a certain trainer only plays one track for every session...just kidding)
I absolutely love F45!! I love the friendly atmosphere, great and motivating coaches , and the workouts are challenging!! Also, Andrew, the owner, is willing to work with you and doesn’t charge late canceling fees!! I joined the gym over year ago and I gained so much strength I can’t wait on what comes next in my journey ?
I joined this gym with my husband when they first opened. We had both been struggling to find motivation and enjoyment out of working out. One class at F45 SoPo and that has been forever changed! The trainers and owner are so kind and helpful and the workouts kick your butt every time! I love this non-judge-mental, supportive community. There might be other F45s, but there no other F45 SoPo!
