When I got there I recognized the music playing and it was fabulous 😍. I get massages for past sports injuries, crazy job stress and chronic pain. I feel like my special needs were expertly cared for! The milieu was comforting and inviting, the staff is friendly and skilled. 10/10, will go again!

I like how on-line scheduling is easy and user friendly and the massage therapists are skillful and knowledgeable. Also the cost factor makes massage more affordable in comparison to other massage options. Staff is friendly and accommodating as well. Love the Portsmouth, New Hampshire group!

I like this place and have been 3 times, but my most recent massage was absolute trash. The other times were great. If I could rate my most recent massage, I'd have given it a 0 - that said, just do your research, read some reviews, but I cannot recommend a single person to visit my most recent masseuse.

Been an Elements member since 2019. I have been to multiple locations owned by the same franchise owners of the Portsmouth location and been very happy, they are consistent with their quality across their locations. The Portsmouth location is very clean, has friendly front desk staff and great therapists. I do love the ease of scheduling via phone or online and the text reminders that allow you to cancel if you need. I also love that the front desk staff are so knowledgeable about the therapists on staff and can match up a customer’s needs to the right therapist.
