I discontinued my cleaning service with Clean Sweep because of the lack of customer service and for repeatedly not completing the agreed upon job. The job was to vacuum, clean bathrooms and mop the floor. The assigned cleaner repeatedly skipped over the mopping of the floors. I called to speak to a manager and was reassured it wouldn't happen again. It did.Last week during the cold snap, the cleaner arrived and left a note that the pipes were frozen so they couldn't clean. If we had been notified by someone, we could have dealt with the problem before coming in Monday morning to a burst pipe and water flowing out of the ceiling. Called clean sweep to tidy up a air bnb rental we had for 2 weeks they were nothing but sweet and professional! Prices were also waaayyy better than what we were quoted by other services in the area. Wish I lived in Portsmouth so they could do my house weekly! Thanks clean sweep!
