PREP took pictures of my roof, put a temporary repair on the problem area for free and recommended I get a new roof by Spring. I knew my roof was 25 years old and getting tired. I decided to move quickly before the winter snow and rains. Within 2 weeks of calling PREP I had a new roof on my house and it looks amazing. Joe Miller from PREP is an old time roofer who really knows his stuff. He gave me a fair price for excellent high quality products and no surprises when the bill came. His roofing sub contractor Caguana Roofing was a seasoned, professional team of 6 led by owner Louie. They were VERY HARD working and professional. Clean up was complete and thorough. Joe was on site for a majority of the project making sure everything was done to his and my satisfaction. Excellent job.“
