I called Alicia at Premier because we found a roof leak at one of my customers houses while running a mini split line set in an attic for a Samsung system. She had one of her inspection experts come out that day to take a look at the leak I found. Things were much worse than we had expected. Alicia and her team had to replace the whole roof and underlayment. They took amazing care of my customer very quickly! With Premier, you get what you pay for. Alicia helped in a pinch with great customer service and my customer now has a very cool metal roof (with a crazy warranty). Highly recommend!!
The team came out, did a good job replacing a section of roof in one day. Cleaned up well. The guys were friendly. Price was reasonable.
