PREP came out the day I called them after a heavy rain showed a water stain in my living room ceiling. PREP took pictures of my roof, put a temporary repair on the problem area for free and recommended I get a new roof by Spring. I knew my roof was 25 years old and getting tired. I decided to move quickly before the winter snow and rains. Within 2 weeks of calling PREP I had a new roof on my house and it looks amazing. We check 5 stars for P.R.E.P. getting the job done as promised in a timely manner and before winter, and doing so with some of the materials and methods we hoped for (shingles of our choice and a particular ice and water shield). For the most part, before and during the project, P.R.E.P. communicated well with us and is quite patient with customer concerns. The project was completed at the contracted price. P.R.E.P. took care to protect most shrubs and plants in the work area, the grounds were cleaned as work progressed, and all round, the property was left in good condition. I have used PREP on a few projects both personal and professional. Each time they are communative and responsive. The work is done well and the process from start to finish is easy. Highly recommend.
