This company is amazing. I didn't know they were septic experts until they were recommended in a local Facebook group for a septic emergency I had in the dead of winter. Chris, the owner, showed up with a bunch of guys who quickly got to work hammering though the frozen ground to dig up my very full septic tank. They stayed at it until done. Now using them for all my septic needs, including my commercial property and the service has been over the top good.
As a first time home owner and toilets not draining I called in a bit of a panic... My septic was dangerously full and I didn't know where the lid was either. This team was outstanding ? they were so accommodating and at my house within a couple hours stopping it from becoming an emergency situation and saving me money too. The driver was very personable. He located the lid and taught me a lot about my septic system while he looked too. I felt awful it was 90+ degrees but he didn't seem bothered by it. The overall cost I was pleasantly surprised by too, I expected it to be quite a bit higher.

I called united last week , the woman that answered the phone was super nice . Today they came to pump all the poo . The driver did a super job ! When he was done he even covered the tank back up with the dirt . If you need your brown trout to be sucked up and transported to a bigger pond . I highly recommend these guys ! Thank you for the excellent job over here in epping ! ?
