Came here for the first time with a friend to get manicures and pedicures. The experience started off great -- Chau did my pedicure and really took her time, paid attention to detail, and even checked in to make sure I liked the final result. I really appreciated that level of care. Unfortunately, my manicure with Carri was a completely different story. I explained to her that I wanted to add tips to the broken nails so they'd all be the same length. She immediately started doing a full dip manicure. I love my nail tech. She is great. Had 1 nail fall off once she fixed no charge. I had a pedicure once by another female & it wasn't pleasant & it was about 30mins. Contacted them and they didn't do anything to fix that so I won't get a pedicure there again.

Great service! They always do a fabulous job. I won't go anywhere else.
