On our last call they recommended a company that would help us with a problem they do not address and things worked out very well. An excellent company - efficient, fairly priced and well trained techs.

We had a fantastic experience with Dunn Plumbing! They did an excellent job installing our new dishwasher, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish.
They were professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. The installation was done efficiently and neatly, and they took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I also appreciated how clean they left the space — no mess, no hassle.

We had Dan Dunn Plumbing & Heating out recently for annual maintenance on our tankless water heater. They arrived right on time and spent a full two hours doing a thorough job. Scheduling was easy, and the cost was very reasonable in my opinion.
The technician was extremely knowledgeable about Navien systems and clearly has a lot of experience with them. He was friendly, patiently answered all our questions, offered several helpful tips we hadn’t even asked for, performed a complete flush and testing, and referenced the official Navien service manual for our exact model to ensure everything was done correctly.
