“Northwood Veterinary Hospital is by far the best practice I have ever been to! The staff and doctors are as sweet as can be! They listen and care about what your pets needs are. They take your opinions into consideration. They will find the best solution for your pet that will please both parties! I just recently had my cat, Shadow, in for a Cystotomy and PU procedure due to continuous urethral blocking. Everyone here cares, not just for the pet, but for the owners as well. They understand that cost can be a huge issue with surgeries, so they worked with us on a pricing! The doctors did everything in their power to make sure Shadow was comfortable throughout his surgery and hospital stay. They thoroughly explained the surgery process to me and made sure I had no concerns. They were amazing during the 2 week healing process, always answering my questions and emails as soon as they could. Supplying me with aftercare pamphlets that were beyond helpful!
