We visited this practice yesterday after making the heartbreaking decision to put our 15-year old Toby down unexpectedly while on vacation nearby. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care we received from Bridget, Dr. Davis, and the reception staff during this very difficult time. They took such good care of Toby and of us.
Thank you for the kindness and dignity you showed me and my husband and our precious boy on his final day. We wish you could’ve known him while he was happy and smiling.
While staying nearby briefly, we had to put down our sweet Umi after he’d been suffering from some complex medical issues for a few months. The staff here were so respectful and gentle and reassuring that this was for the best. While letting your best friend go will never be an easy choice, I felt comfortable leaving Umi in their care and the keepsakes we got in return will be cherished forever. They are angels on earth. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ❤
I can’t thank the entire team at Northwood Veterinary Hospital enough for the exceptional care they gave my cat, Bear.
From the moment we arrived, everyone was compassionate, calm, and incredibly professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions, which made a very frightening situation much easier to navigate.
The surgeon, veterinarians, technicians, and support staff were all outstanding. They communicated with me throughout the process and treated Bear with so much kindness and care.
His surgery went beautifully, and he’s recovering wonderfully at home.
Thank you for giving my little Bear a second chance. I will always… read full review
