I love that Brandi creates a new workout just for me each time she comes. She keeps track of what I need to work on so I don't have to. Her knowledge is extensive - and she's fun!

When I started working with Brandi my goals were to get back into a strength training routine and gain muscle. She has helped me with developing a workout routine that accommodates for a past injury and gave me valuable dietary advise given my goal to build muscle and my diet restrictions of a Type I diabetic. She is very flexible with scheduling even meeting me at 4:30am! Since beginning my work with Brandi I have lost almost 20 pounds in 6 months!

I love Brandi's classes! I live in Massachusetts, but my mom lives in Vermont had been raving about Brandi's classes, so I decided to go with her to a class, and now every time I come to Vermont, I make it a point to make it to one of her classes! I love that each class is different, and challenging in new ways, she really keeps you on your toes!

I've participated in two sessions at two different venues. Both were tweeted to accommodate all who attended. I particularly enjoyed the strength training piece of the workouts! The exercises were fast paced and challenging yet in short spurts enabling even a newbie to succeed!

Brandi's classes are a lot of fun. I particularly appreciate how she will show me alternate exercises when something is too difficult. I've injured myself previous to starting with Brandi. She has kept me safe and happy.
