I wanted to thank them and praise them publicly. We called looking for someone to help us urgently clean a bad stain on a carpet. While others were either slow getting back to us, way too busy to help, or taking advantage of our rush situation, Neatly Done handled this so professionally with ease and confidence, as if they'd done this a million times. Scott came out and did a masterful job, and left me speechless. In and out, super efficient and courteous. Its always a pleasure working with a locally owned company that appreciates business and enjoys helping customers. Thanks again!

A new to me cabin, had moisture problems. Dan and Scott came in, cleaned everything and installed a dehumidifier. Very happy with the results!
The picture of the corner was before, the floor joists and floor is after. It’s now usable storage space.

After returning home from a trip and finding our dishwasher had leaked a significant amount of water onto our maple kitchen floor, I called Dan. He arrived, assessed the damage and placed heaters in our basement to warm the subfloor and suction floor mats on the damaged kitchen floor to remove the water from the maple floor boards.

Day after day, Dan arrived to take moisture readings and reorient the floor units in our kitchen as needed. After a week's time, our floor was once again flat and ready for refinishing.

Dan is very knowledgeable and caring. His level of expertise is impressive. I highly recommend Dan for any home water damage issue you may have.
