My fiance and I just had a couples message at Serendipity and it was our first time getting massages. It was fantastic! Both ladies were professional and sweet and made for an excellent first experience! The tables were heated and comfortable and at no point did I feel uncomfortable or exposed. I work next door and have always been interested in going and our anniversary is on Halloween so it couldn't have been a more perfect time. We both feel relaxed and very happy! 10/10 would go again and highly recommend others go as well. The spa is nice and quaint and all staff are friendly. Thank you ladies!

Today was my very first facial ever! Samantha did an amazing job! I enjoyed the whole experience. Everything was perfect. I will definitely be going back. If you’re looking for a relaxing & exceptional session…ask for Samantha. You won’t be disappointed!

I had a pedicure with Stephanie today and she was so sweet and amazing. Seems so mundane but naturally there are so many colors to choose from I was torn between two and she put one on each nail so I could choose. Thank you for the extra effort, white polish was the way to go. ?You were fabulous. I would book again with her in a heartbeat. Thank you for making my experience top notch!
