“Better late than never for a review. I contacted several tattoo/piercing shops before deciding on ECBP after speaking with Delia. Besides, some of the replies to previous reviews made me chuckle rather than be hesitant to come here. It added character in all the right areas including the shop having a cute, relaxing and clean atmosphere.
