I can’t recommend Steve Makara at The Ink Shop enough! From start to finish, he was professional, talented, and genuinely cared about bringing my ideas to life. His attention to detail is incredible, and the quality of his work exceeded all of my expectations.
The Ink Shop itself is fantastic—it’s clean, welcoming, and has a great atmosphere. Everyone was friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in, which made the entire experience even better.

Grant is the man! Ive been getting tattooed by him for years. His style of art and experience really puts him at least i think as one of the top artists on the east coast in my book. Plus him and everyone else in the shop are cool to hang around. There's nothing but good times and great art coming out of this place.
I got a cover-up tattoo on my knee done by Grant Efinger, and I’m so grateful for the amazing work he did! He turned my old tattoo into a stunning phoenix rising with a lotus flower it’s even more beautiful than I imagined. Grant has such a calm and caring energy, and he really puts his heart into his art. The whole experience at The Ink Club was comfortable and positive. I’d definitely recommend Grant to anyone looking for meaningful, high quality work!
