Quick but thorough visit. Everyone we encountered was compassionate and kind with my daughter. No wait when we went. We pass by other urgent care places to go here because it's worth the drive for the efficient visit.
We had such a wonderful experience when my son had the flu. From the moment we walked in, every nurse and doctor treated us with such kindness, compassion, and patience. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made a stressful situation so much easier. We felt truly cared for, and I’m so grateful for the exceptional care they provided. Thank you to the entire team for everything you do!
The staff was very pleasant and caring. The Doctor was attentive and spent plenty of time addressing my concerns. I had an X-ray and while it took a while for the results to come back, I was continually checked on and updated. This was a pleasant experience from start to finish and it was the right thing for me to do for my concerns. This was so much better than going to an emergency room and waiting with multiple sick people nearby.
