Immediate Care is a walk-in clinic that provides timely and professional medical attention. Patients have reported short wait times, with one visitor experiencing only a 15-minute wait to be seen by a nurse and practitioner. The staff is kind, caring, and takes the time to listen to patients' concerns, evaluate their situation, and provide appropriate treatment. In one instance, a patient was provided with a walking boot and received clear instructions on follow-up care. The clinic prioritizes the health and safety of its patients, making informed decisions, such as not allowing emotional support animals that may pose a risk to others. Overall, Immediate Care is a reliable and compassionate healthcare provider.
It was a very pleasant experience. It
was handled with efficiency, care and a
very nice group of medical professionals.
I usually go to the Spit Brook Road
location. This time, they did not have
a physician there, so I went to the
Hudson NH location, because there were
two physician’s on duty. I did not want to
see a nurse practitioner, because of
my particular issue. Both locations, are well managed, with an excellent staff.
This facility is the best option for emergency services in the area. The staff was great from the moment you enter the facility. They are very attentive to your needs and treat you as if your the only patient there.
From the registration staff to the triage nurse and then the APRN it was great.
I also had x-rays and that technician was very professional.
Was taken quickly, only 5 minutes in the waiting room. Jackie was super professional in her exam and took her time and asked many questions. The lab technician was great when taking my blood. Only felt a quick pinch. The X-ray technician was also very patient.
