Immediate Care Pelham is an asset to our community for many reasons. First, the ease of seeing a medical professional is just mind boggling. Whether you walk in or make an appointment your time waiting is limited. Everyone is friendly and a pleasure to deal with. It's so reassuring going here that I'm thinking it is time to find a pcp in that building because I just cannot get over the difference from other medical appts.
I highly recommend Immediate Care. I had to use their services again and same exact service. Staff is so cordial. The np was so efficient, and I left there feeling refreshed about doctor's office . This office is a gem to Pelham.
Absolutely impeccable service every time I come to this facility. I was seen immediately upon walking in and was in to see the doctor within 5 minutes. I was diagnosed and on my way with my prescription 45 minutes after I walked in. Everyone who works here is always very courteous and helpful.
I came to clinic to have BOTH ears checked for any debris in ears because I was going to be tested & fitted with hearing aids. In spite of being unable to get to the clinic until close to closing, they kindly looked at my ears after a short wait. The doctor actually found that my right ear had an infection. Medication & treatment were prescribed & I was on my Walgreens to pick up the medication. Everyone was very pleasant & helpful to addressing the problem quickly & efficiently. This is the norm to be expected when going to this facility since it's opened with a variety of medical issues.
