Driver couldn't make it up the driveway due to the snow we had for the past couple of days, but did not mind pulling the hose up the driveway to fill the tank since we were very low on heating fuel. Please let him know how much we appreciated that.

I depend on Rymes for oil delivery on call and not automatically. The driveway is paved up a steep incline that is not always passable in winter. The driver "Buddy" has years of experience and takes pride in his deliveries with no issues in spite of the narrow snow banks. I'm pleased with Rymes deliveries over many years.

I called to get a delivery as I was leaving on vacation and my oil tank was low. The woman at the Rymes office was great and scheduled a delivery for the next day. Thank you so much!
