I felt the need to add a review for Curtis Quality Care. It can be a difficult task to find care for a loved one when you know nothing about an agency. When we were faced with the sudden need to have 24/7 care for our mom, they did the best they could to help us with that. Little by little, as staff was available, they were able to provide us with that. I am grateful for their care.
Heather & her staff will always be special to me! They helped my Mom navigate the final years of her life with grace and dignity at her home. Living many States away was difficult for me, but knowing that Curtis Care had Mom's back at all times helped ease my anxiety. Communication was always there and everyone treated Mom more like family than simply a client! Thank you all for your kindness and professionalism!
Heather and the Curtis caregivers were wonderful in taking care of my father and then again at the end of my mother’s life. Heather helped organize 24/7 care with another agency when it became overwhelming for me living out of state. They were professional, organized, and most of all caring!
