Saddleback was recommended by a family member and I'm so happy they did. My dog has separation anxiety but he does well at Saddleback. H4e doesn't look back when I drop him off. We live just west of Boston which is about an hour and a half drive to drop off and pick up. Between the care Arlo get's and price It's worth it.

The staff is always very nice to our dog. She has a little separation anxiety but she loves the staff here......and she seems to behave very well for them. We especially like that they have a evening potty break before bedtime.

We left our rescue we have had for 5 years with them for 2 weeks for the first time. She has trust issues and is very insecure. I checked in on her from time to time to see how she was doing and they always responded with positive feedback. Nancy and the staff do a wonderful job meeting all expectations. We even received pictures showing her trusting them which made our vacation more enjoyable knowing she was in good hands. I would highly recommend this facility! Thank you for all you do! ❤️
