We boarded two of our dogs here for the weekend, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. As a first-time customer, I was naturally a little nervous, but the staff immediately put my mind at ease. They were friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable leaving my dogs in their care.
They responded to my emails right away, kept me updated throughout the weekend, and even sent me pictures of my dogs, which meant so much to me. It was so reassuring to see them happy and well cared for.
The level of communication and genuine care they showed was outstanding. I will absolutely be bringing my dogs back in the future and highly recommend them to anyone… read full review
Nancy and her team were wonderful with my anxious pup! I was nervous to leave him for our vacation, but he had a blast thanks to everyone there.
Saddleback was recommended by a family member and I'm so happy they did. My dog has separation anxiety but he does well at Saddleback. H4e doesn't look back when I drop him off. We live just west of Boston which is about an hour and a half drive to drop off and pick up. Between the care Arlo get's and price It's worth it.
