Drop-off and pick-up times are available between 9-11 am, with an option to drop off the night before at no extra charge. A big thank you to Nancy at Saddleback pets for having such a wonderful place we could bring Nova. With having a puppy we felt like we needed to cancel our trip but we got recommended to call this place and we can’t say enough good things about them. We decided to have her get trained while she was there and we have already seen a huge improvement in her.

Can’t say enough good about Nancy and the folks at Saddleback. We just picked up our Frankie from 10days of ‘boarding school’ where he learned Sit, Stay, Come, Leave it, and No more……all things he had no previous knowledge of. He is our 3rd dog in 10yrs that Nancy has helped and we always know they are in such loving, capable hands while they are there.
