I came to Northwood for a 2nd opinion. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness, efficiency and professionalism that I experienced from the getgo. It was so refreshing. I felt that my problem was important to them and I was able to understood and appreciate the explanation they gave me regarding the dental work done by another dentist. As she checked my teeth, Dr. Aymee, checked my teeth was especially kind and took care to make sure I understood and was satisfied with her findings.
As a new patient I was treated like family. Julie was friendly, talkative and extremely efficient as a hygienist. Dr. P. was professional and very informative but did not apply any pressures or sales tactics. I'm extremely pleased with Northwood Dental.
Lost a crown from a tooth. Called office within 10 minutes of their opening. Had an appointment in 25 minutes. Within 1 hour of calling the crown was re-cemented in place. Outstanding service.
