“Great experience at this Med Spa! Initially greeted by a very kind and professional staff member, & offered beverages while I waited (for a very short time). I met with Katy, NP for my initial consultation. She was open about her recommendations for me to meet my goals, but also very considerate of and created a plan that would still achieve my goals, but also fit within my budget. I never felt pressured into scheduling services, but once I came to that decision on my own, she was even able to slip me into her schedule right after for microneedling! She was super attentive, offering blankets, more water, warning me of the noise, letting me numb for plenty of time, etc. I felt very comfortable, informed, and cared for! I am already excited for my next scheduled treatment!”

“I had my first appointment with Shay in August of 2025. Since then I have been receiving a mix of IPL and electrolysis on my face, as I have a mix of dark hairs, lighter hairs angle grays in my beard. It has been such a positive experience, and even though I have a long ways to go, I’m so happy with the progress that has already been made.<br><br>As you can see from the first picture, I had extremely heavy shadow even immediately after shaving, and now I have a lot of places where there is virtually no shadow. It’s been a noticeable improvement month over month. I’ll try to update the second picture as time goes on, but I can’t recommend Shay enough!”
