I had a really great years of service with Goodrich oil. When Eastern took over, I no longer got to have my favorite people work on my equipment. But they didn't disappoint. I had one incident but the professionals that work there quickly rectified the situation and all is well. Miss the newport crew. Hope all are well. Claremont crew cool. 👍🏻

STOP GETTING SCAMMED USE HEATABLE THEY ARE SO MUCH CHEAPER 100 GALLONS OF OIL FOR $365 THE LAST TIME I ORDERED.if people don't believe me here is what heatable is charging me. GOODRICH wantS to charge me almost $500 for 100 gallons of oil.

spent close to $20k on new heating and air conditioning system with this company. The heating system broke down in February 2022 during cold stretch. When i called for service, the people at Goodrich refused my request because i did not buy my propane from them.At a time when i needed them most, they decided to tell me about their policy of no propane-no service. Bad business all around. Goodrich looks bad, made my contractor who recommended them look bad.i do not recommend doing business with this company.Services: Heating system installation

Incredibly prompt response to an unanticipated empty propane tank. We’ve been customers for well over a decade, both residential and business. Wouldn’t use anyone else!

I have been a customer of Goodrich off an on for over 20 years, pretty much whenever I can control my fuel provider. They have amazing customer care and amazing drivers. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
