Based on patient reviews, Lamprey Health Care provides high quality primary medical care and health-related services. Patients found everyone on the team, from check in to check out, to be very nice and friendly people. The wait time was very short and quick, and the doctor very prompt. One patient noted that the staff made them feel respected and took the time to listen and assist, stating it was the first time they finally felt “heard.” Another patient reported a very professional, considerate, and warm experience with a nurse practitioner who listened and helped them understand through visuals. Wonderful experience. From doing all intake paperwork, txt msg appointment updates, super friendly staff, cleanliness and decor, exam with new provider, and the on-sight lab.......I am very impressed. I'm an APRN, so I know a good operation when I see one. 6 out of 5 stars!
Had my appointment at Lamprey yesterday. The wait was quick. It was my first visit in quite a while. NP Kaeli McPhee attended to me and was very professional, but very considerate, with a warm personality. I was quite at ease throughout the visit. She listened and helped me to understand what was happening through visuals with the aid of the pc. Being informed is important to me . I already love my NP even though I used to dread going to doctors. .... Sincerely. Ida
