My job was an insurance replacement of an existing Pella window. Since I have vinyl siding, the window had to be perfect to avoid changes which would have led to mismatched siding around the window. The window arrived in the exact dimensions it needed to be and the installer was very professional installing it exactly where it needed to be so the siding would go back up perfectly. He also built a great frame around it that looks great and will not degrade like the previous wooden frame. I could not ask for more. Awesome

Our sales rep, Mark was phenomenal. He has real expertise withPella products and knew exactly what our project needed. Unfortunately, the first crew they sent us on our install day was unprepared for what they faced. They didn't have enough guys or tall enough scaffolding. Their inexperience also showed in some of the misleading info we were given (later righted). Our project was rescheduled and the second crew (led by Max) that our project schedulers (Emily and Michelle) sent was incredible.
