Dr. Hitchmoth is a great doctor but her receptionist Berry (or Barry) has treated me unacceptably rude and tried to lecture me for my cancelling an appointment 2 days in advance for the family emergency. He should never represent this wonderful professional doctor . Berry ( Or Barry), please take a course for kindness and humanity for patients.

Our first appt today was an enjoyable first class experience from efficient friendly staff, savvy caring doctor, state of the art equipment and tasteful calming decor. We are relieved to be in such good hands like being wrapped up in a warm blanket! As older seniors we deeply appreciate this kind speedy attention. Dr. Hitchmoth's practice is an asset to the eyes of our community! BRAVO! end THANK YOU!

Got whipped lashed by a tree branch called got an almost immediate visit. When in got checked out with the latest equipment no damage to the eye just inflamed some and got a prescription for drops and off I went. Great staff, great service and great doctors and a beautiful facility.

Dr. Hitchmoth is utterly amazing. I have been seeing her for several years now and I can't imagine having to see someone else. She always takes the time to explain things to me and make me aware of my eye health especially as I get older. The office was very inviting and her other staff was extremely helpful and friendly!

This is my first appointment with Hitchmoth Eye Care and associates, and from the moment I stepped into their offices I was treated with respect, kindness, and care. Dr. Hitchmoth, Danielle, Zi, and Tonya went above and beyond in everything that they did. The biggest takeaway from all of this was that they were able to help me get the right lens prescriptions and frames for my glasses and coordinating with the VA Optician, Dr. Sonja Stefan, so that I didn't have to take another long drive back another day and wait even longer to get my glasses delivered to me. They called Dr. Sonja Stefan on the spot and she was able to accommodate me and see me since she had a last minute opening and was willing to wait for me to drive the 30 minutes it would take for me to get there, which saved me time and money having to find a community care optician that might not have been so helpful and would have delayed me getting my glasses even longer. I am left amazed at how this all worked out. I am extremely thankful, appreciative and grateful for all that was done by ALL involved.
