We totally lucked out finding Finn Country Sauna. Bruce had the perfect kit sauna for us, the Monadnock. It's so awesome!! Andthey worked so hard and diligently putting it together for us. Would recommend them to anyone who knows they want a sauna but needs some help with the whole process. Top notch!!
An A+ experience from first email. Bruce was knowledgeable and responsive from the get go, and was able to provide recommendations about location, sauna type, upkeep, etc. He was very communicative leading up to the install date, and had everything installed within the day. I had a few questions months after purchase/install and he was equally helpful then as well.I'd highly recommend Finn Country Sauna and Bruce
My sauna is in! Bruce has been wonderful to work with. This was a very big decision for me. I had lots and lots of questions and needed to figure out many things to finally commit to the sauna I have always wanted. Bruce was patient x10! He spent lots of time with me, in person, on email and via text. He knows his saunas and was incredibly informative. He was always clear and honest, and provided lots of written materials. The barrel sauna I chose with the heat treated, not chemical treated, wood from Estonia is amazing! Bruce did the installation except for the electrician we hired to run the power to it. It was set up and built on pea gravel in a corner of my garden....read full review
