Very honest doctors and friendly staff, clean environment. Highly recommend if you are looking for a vet for your cat.

Just brought my cat here for the first time for a checkup and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. My cat is super scared of everything and they went out of their way to be gentle with her and go nice and slow. Staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, caring, and knowledgeable with everything they did. Prices are very fair as well. All in all great experience and I will be bringing my cats here from now on.

Customer service goes a long way. Apologizing for misunderstandings go a long way. My cat had a surgical appointment today. All over the paperwork and email for pre surgical instructions drop off is listed as 7:30-8:30am. I got there at 7:35 and doors were locked. I called. No one is there. Secretary opens the door at 7:55am. I asked if I had the wrong date (blaming myself for the misunderstanding first) she then says matter of factly “nope. It was told to you in the confirmation call. Schedule changes are part of life”

First, how about you ask nicely “did you happen to receive a confirmation call?” Then maybe apologize that there was a schedule change and you did your best to notify your customers.
Maybe call twice that week since it is a change to your normal schedule to make SURE your customer understood. Obviously I didn’t get the message. I wouldn’t have sat outside for half hour just to do it. I am not upset that I had to wait. I’m not even upset that they didn’t make an effort to really make sure customers knew. I’m upset at the attitude I received for it.

Schedule changes do happen but being rude and not having any customer service skills is exactly why I won’t return to this establishment ever
again. Maybe the secretary’s need more training because it looks like there are a few complaints on here regarding them.

Very, very expensive. Also unnecessary tests were required for my kitten like possible ringworm ( which turned negative). Spending $400 per visit is not sustainable in my opinion.
I felt like the main interest in this pet hospital is to get you to spend money.

So rude! While I was talking with their secretary trying to make an appointment for my cat. Secretary hang the phone on me didn’t lets me finish my sentence. I reached them by @, no apology for being rude, no name at the end of @. All I needed just to check my cat with possibly routine vax, and whatever my cat would need!
So good luck to new patients!!!!

Dr. Anne and all the staff are fantastic. It is the only place we take our cats. We have using T.C.D. since the 1990s.

Dr Anne took care of our cat Ziggy. She did a thorough examination. We have been to two vets in the past fews months and didn't have the confidence we had with Dr. Anne. We were referred by a friend who said her cats are seen by Dr. Anne as well. Said she loved Dr. Anne and so do we. Diane & John.
