I join sweet heat in 2014 its magnetic vibe all the teachers/students are amazing and respect and the energy is so strong when you step in the hot room you cannot explain it you have to try it to believe it you feel like a million bucks even if you don’t have it 🤣🙏
Have done several Yin classes here - awesome spot. Laura the owner & instructor was super patient with a newbie like me. Cool vibe & super friendly clients & staff! This place has been around for awhile, which says a lot in itself.
I just attended my first class at Sweet Heat, and I was incredibly impressed from start to finish. The studio itself is absolutely beautiful—clean, thoughtfully designed, and immediately calming the moment you walk through the door. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and tranquil, creating the perfect environment to disconnect from the stresses of the day and focus on the practice.
