It was fine and everyone is nice but i was not listened to, i do not understand why i was put on clonidine and being treated for bipolar when i was clear about suffering from OCD; that was not paid any attention. My therapist said it was weird too that they did that, and it is extremely frustrating having someone ignore a huge hindrance in your life and push for me having bipolar. So i guess it wasnt fine.
I don’t have insurance and they found every way to make treatment affordable for me. Super kind and took their time.
Staff was friendly and kind, went after work 15 minutes before they closed and they did not make me feel rushed or unwanted. Dr. Wu was a blessing. Proper diagnosis and speedy prescription. Even calling to make sure the pharmacy would be open and suggested which to go to so I could start getting better same day.
