Dr. Pipilas has been my dentist for about 25 years, he's fantastic! He never tries to rip us off, unlike every dentist I had before him. He's honest, sincere and humble. He's also one of the last independent dentists that charges reasonable prices. He takes as many patients as he can because people can't afford the corporate dentists and he truly wants to help people take care of their teeth. He does have limited time, like we all do. Please don't criticize him online, as someone here did, if he can't take you as a patient. He wishes he could help everyone.

Dr. Pipilas is awesome. He makes you very comfortable and even jokes with you. My family has been going to him for almost 20 years. You couldn't ask for a better staff, they are friendly and down to earth.

My father was a dentist and one who truly cared for each and every patient who came through his door. The same is true of Dr. Pipilas and his wonderful staff! When I first moved to Nashua years ago I went to a dental office where I was a number, but never a person. I searched for an office that might remind me of my father's office and welcoming atmosphere and someone finally recommended Dr. Pipilas. This was years ago and he amazes me each time I visit. His care and concern for the welfare of his parents is outstanding. His staff reflects the same excellence and friendliness to all. I now live an hour away but will always continue to be his loyal patient.
