We had a great experience with New England Floor Sanding. They were flexible with our renovation schedule and able to come in and restore our 100+ year old floors. They look brand new and we can’t wait to move into our new home and enjoy all the beautifully preserved hardwood!
Wanted to lighten up my red oak floors from the very yellowish gold color, was thinking about replacing the floors but after researching some companies and the wonderful reviews New England floor Sanding had I reached out to them. Sam got right back to us on a Sunday, gave us an estimate over pictures we sent as well as telling him approximate square footage. The pricing was very fair and their work is amazing! My floors are exactly what I wanted! The guys work with you to make sure you are happy! Would recommend highly, I am going into the new year with what feels like new floors, my home looks so much brighter now, just very happy!
The owner communicated well about arrival times and fit us in last minute after another company suddenly cancelled. They listened to our concerns about floor color and worked with us to make sure we were happy with the final results. They were clean throughout the process, and the floors look great again!
