Great place for an office.
I went there to see a boat parade on a river . I learned that a lot of places in the Northeast use the term River very liberally compared to what I am used to . It turned out to be a creek with some lit kayaks .( It's 4 and 1/4 miles across the buckman bridge in Jacksonville Florida crossing the St Johns River ).
What a beautiful building!Great black bean burgers in the cafe.Nice community vibe throughout building. Easy parking, gorgeous views.
