A family member passed away and we were left with a lot of work to sell the home. As the Administrator of the estate I had a fiduciary responsibility to the family and the responsibility to find a solution that would not impact anyone. I contacted IPS and they handled everything and provided advice and guidance to a very complicated process. They made it seem easy. I highly recommend the team at IPS.
