I had such a wonderful experience! Cheryl did an amazing job with my facial. She was gentle, thorough, and made me feel completely relaxed throughout the entire treatment.
My skin feels so clean, refreshed, and incredibly smooth. The extractions made a noticeable difference, and I can already tell my pores feel much less congested. I also loved the facial massage. It was so relaxing and really elevated the whole experience.

I’ve been coming here for quite a while, primarily for facials, and I’ve also had body exfoliation treatments. Natasha has always done a wonderful job with my facials, and the quality of the actual services is the reason I’ve continued to return.
That said, there are a few areas that I think could be improved.
One thing that made me uncomfortable was being told that I should also tip the receptionist. I’m happy to tip the esthetician performing my treatment, but I don’t think clients should feel pressured or be told they’re expected to tip front desk staff whose role is checking clients in and out.
