If you are having back pain and have been ignoring it, don't do that. The last two years I've had back aches and symptoms of a pinched nerve, some days worse than others. I attributed it to aging, or the shoes I was wearing, or the activities from the day before and reached for the ibuprofen. After receiving two recommendations for Dr Herner/chiropractor I finally went. After a month of 2x/week treatments I feel great and most pain and symptoms are gone. If I hadn't experienced it myself I never would have believed that I could feel this much better in this amount of time. I highly recommend Herner Chiropractic

I have been suffering from lower back pain on and off for the past 6 years. I was going about life thinking some pain is normal and that I just need to get used to it, and that "everybody has something." Just recently the pain became unbearable and so I went to see Dr. Herner based off a recommendation from a friend.
