I had my 1st visit at Heel to Toe Podiatry in Nashua yesterday with Dr. Itenberg. She was very friendly and really wanted to help. I often see doctors who are uninformed about my genetic disorder and it can make care harder. Dr. Itenberg understood it and that for me is huge. She gave me tips and tricks to try and lessen my pain and to slow the progression of my issues. Im thankful for her conservative approach and will be returning in a few months to check back with her to see where I am at! So far some of the small tricks she suggested have actually helped, who knew lambs wool between the toes was a thing!!
Dr Itenberg’s waiting room was very bright and comfortable. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. The appointment started on time. They did x-rays before I went in to see Dr. Itenberg.
Dr. Itenberg was welcoming. She asked about my issues and concerns. She examined my feet and made some observations as she did so. She explained many options I could use to make my feet more comfortable. The options ranged from devices that could be worn in shoes all the way to surgical interventions.
