Called and asked how much it would cost to have a crown cemented back in, im not a patient and no insurance. Just need some putty and to be on my way. The rude female Diana that answered the phone said it would be 100 to be seen and she cant quote me for the work. I simply said I dont need the check up and all that I just want to get it put back in but no biggy ill go grab some from the dollar store no biggie and as I was about to ask her another question about becoming a patient and establishing care with them and what insurance they take she RUDELY hung up on me. I just needed a quick fix because its one of the 2 teeth I have left on my right side of ny mouth and I dont have the money today but was going to go back and get all my work done I need a few root canals, 2 pulled and a deep cleaning . But DIANA had to be rude and hang up MID SENTENCE.

Staff was friendly, but advertised $79.00 cleaning, exam & X-rays. In reality you have to make 2 separate appointments to get these done! They won’t clean on the same day as the exam! Never had that happen at any other dentist!

I hate going to the dentist. However the doctor and his assistant were amazing. Pulled my tooth. Was extremely comfortable. The duo team will definitely be doing the rest of my teeth work. Thanks guys so much:)

Terrible dentists....I went there a while back with pain in my back tooth. They looked in my mouth for no more than a minute and told me I needed a root canal or to get my tooth pulled. They then took me immediately to the counter to try to schedule and arrange payment.
I went to a real dentist afterwards and found out I had a popcorn kernel wedged in between the tooth/gum of the painful area...
Find a real dentist people, they are shady here and terrible for the community. I can't imagine the unnecessary amount of debt people have put themselves in going here...

I woke up in the worst pain. It had been building up for about 8-9 days and the advil/Tylenol maneuver was no longer working. I am THAT guy who fears the dentist from a past traumatic extraction of all 4 wisdom teeth with just novacaine at 16. It took about 15 shots of the stuff. Anyway, the dentist was the last resort. In South Nashua at Gentle Dental there is a very nice lady at the front desk, I can't remember her name, and a gentleman named Alex. First, the receptionist was able to get me in right away even though they were booked till 2pm. When we realized I needed to pull a tooth, finding an oral surgeon, it became a nightmare of- are they close enough for me to get to, can they get me in today, do they take my insurance? Through all this, they just kept making calls and google searches until they found me a place that fit all 3 categories, and it wasn't easy. This is an experience that I have little to compare to in dentistry, but I've built a career out of sales and customer service. Based on that they are a 10/10. Even with a location closer to me than South Nashua, I'll be making the extra trip to give that practice my business. If you want a place that doesn't farm you in and out, or a place where they don't look at you sideways when you ask for extra help- Go to Gentle Dental in South Nashua and ask for Dr. Mahek Mehta!

I hadn't been to a dentist in quite a few years and was pretty apprehensive but from start to finish it was a great experience. Everyone was nice and helpful and I never felt my questions were dumb. They gave me all the options and explained everything. I would recommend them 10 out of 10!!!!
