Needed some water filters and walked in the store pretty clueless as to where or what I needed. The guy behind the counter took the reins and helped me out considerably. Great customer service in a timely manner.

I purchase water heater replacement orders here. I usually place order and then in about an hour I head over to fw Webb in Nashua. I literally have to wait 30+ minutes because they never pick my order. While they crack jokes, and take their sweet time. Better off going to granite group in Nashua. Always have your order ready

We recently renovated two bathrooms in our home. We purchased all of the fixtures at FW Webb in Nashua. Everything from shower drains to shower chairs, as well as toilets, sinks, and everything that goes with them. We also selected our vanity and storage cabinets from Webb. The selection was great and the prices were very reasonable.
It was a pleasure working with Jennifer Fitzpatrick. She guided us through the endless selections and helped us design what eventually became two beautiful new bathrooms.
Jennifer was always available and happy to answer any questions and was extremely knowledgeable when it came to deciding what fixtures and colors worked best together. She made the entire process a pleasure.

Not all that great.

We walked into the showroom and all the associates didn’t even look up at us. They seemed annoyed when we wanted to order something. Once we finally got someone to place the order they said they’d call when it arrived. Never received a call. I called to check in the order and again they seemed annoyed. Showed up to the showroom for pickup and the associates didn’t even lift their heads. Finally someone looked up and said you need to go around back to will call. NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS STORE

Great help from Scott Williams, helped this DIY repairman sort out the outdoor plumbing parts needed. First time someone mentioned 'FlowGuard' as the material involved, subtle size difference from the PVC others sold me. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
