First time visiting Elements Massage in Nashua, and only my second massage ever and I can honestly say I was blown away. From the moment I walked in, the experience was exactly what I needed.
The atmosphere was calming, but what really stood out was my therapist. I told them what I was looking for, and they actually listened. The pressure was just right, not too light, not overpowering and exactly what I asked for.

The front desk staff are amongst the most friendly and professional in the business. My therapist is excellent, knowledgeable, and customizes each massage to my needs at the time. The owner has cultivated a positive culture and client-centric approach that makes this Elements worth the trip each time.

I’ve been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 13 years, so understandably I can be overly critical of the massages I receive. I was also a bit hesitant about having someone inexperienced and hired directly out of school, since I need quite a bit of work but can’t take much pressure. So basically I’m a nightmare client hahaha. Well, I saw Joshua for my birthday massage, and holy crap I’m definitely going back! I actually joined a membership because his massage was so impressive.
