They are very helpful and don't try to gouge you. They spent time trying to resolve my issue and they ended up just charging me for a key cut. Highly recommend them for all your lock needs

We just had Dependable Lock out this morning to put 6 new locks and bolts on the doors of our new home. First off, Gayle was amazing to help us schedule the appointment and figure out what all we needed, then Doug came out to do the work and was so awesome (both with his locksmith skills and personality)! We will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend to anyone else needing a great locksmith.

At the recommendation of someone in my family, I went to Dependable for some spare keys for a new (used) car I just got. Excellent service, friendly, fast, and reasonable pricing. No reason to go anywhere else.
