Initially told 5 days for buttons replacement, then delayed due to mismatched buttons. The first attempt came back with green buttons on a blue shirt (odd choice).
I asked for a fix and waited another week with unfortunately no communication. Eventually, the job was done correctly and they didn't ask for money for redoing the work. A bit frustrating, but the final result was good. Updating to 4 stars.

This place is super wonderful! They separate men’s & women’s clothing wash & dry when clothes are return. The clothes are folded really nice, and each bagged separately as much as possible ( men’s from women’s ) I’m so glad I found this place to help w my wash & dry. So well worth it.

There was a young lady there who was absolutely meticulous in regards to taking my order and ensuring me they would take care of it and have it to me on time. Great customer service one to one I was very happy with it. I get very excited, after being in business myself for many many years, when you see customer service like I received. Just wonderful
