I tried a DYI Hair highlighting Big Mistake!! I ended up with oranges blotches all over my head. I walked in on a Monday morning just hoping I could get an appointment. I said I need help and pointed to my hair Sarah immediately came over and said we can fix this! Chloe not only fixed it it is beautiful! I could not be happier! They were great to work with they listened to me and I got a great cut! As I said in the beginning I am a DYI person I had not been in a salon for anything more than a trim on my long straight hair in about 10 years. I have already made my next appointment!

1st time customer. Totaled my car and was at the dealer setting up my new car. Neither of us realized the time was off an hour. Yup, got a where was I call. We were floored when we realized I was already late because of it. And you assessed me a $50 penalty!! Could not have cared what happened..no empathy even though it was unintentional. You may be good with hair but you need to work on your people skills. Life happens.

The girls are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. Kristen gave me a beautiful haircut and took the time to style it. I am always nervous going to someone new but she exceeded my expectations.
