My daughter had her first professional cut today by the lovely Willette. It took many years for my daughter to feel comfortable with the process of getting a haircut, as she’s on the autism spectrum and has some pretty big sensory struggles. Willette was so kind, gentle, understanding, and patient. She talked her through the entire process, making sure she was comfortable every step of the way. It makes my mama heart so happy to see my daughter get the cut she wanted, with no stress, all because Willette was such a calming presence. Thank you Willette for everything!!

I went to this place for the first time and I didn’t have an appointment but Willette was so nice! She welcomed me, did my hair and I love it. She is the most nicest person you will ever meet. It's so comforting to find a professional salon that specializes in Black hair, is local, has affordable prices, and above all an absolutely AMAZING owner! Willette is kind, approachable, a pleasure to be around, and always has a way to uplift you and your spirit! I got tons of compliments on the health and look of my hair after just one visit so not only is she a great person, she does great work!!!
