I scheduled an appointment with this clinic specifically to obtain a required certificate. Before booking, I was clearly told that everything would be taken care of.
However, no one contacted me in advance — no call, no message, no warning. I had to call myself, and only then I was informed that they would not be able to issue the certificate.
What makes this even more disappointing is that this happened right before my flight. Timing was critical, and this lack of communication caused unnecessary stress during an already time-sensitive situation.
Better communication and honesty upfront would have saved a lot of stress and last-minute scrambling.

I was able to check in at my scheduled appointment time. The receptionist and front office staff were ALL very friendly to myself and my dog. Short wait and was escorted in to meet with the Vet. The facility was clean and free from odor. My Veterinarian is Dr. Julie Haller who is ALWAYS thorough, kind and untrusted. She reviewed old records, asked about updates and any concerns. Dr.Haller was caring and thoughtful. I have been a customer of Bulger Animal Hospital for twenty years and have never been disappointed. I refer the business to friends and family. My only concern is cost which can be higher than other veterinary practices.

We love Bulger Vet and all the staff! Wonderful visit with Dr Mason. Kingsley is dog aggressive but loves people. He was accommodated by being able to go into a side door and right into the examination room.

Bugler is such a great animal hospital. I took my cat in for his checkup. Dr. Haller listened to my concerns. She continues to take good care of my cat. She’s very kind and gentle with him. Everyone there is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Bulger.

I have found a very good veterinarian at Bulger Veterinary Hospital. She is professional, compassionate and been my veterinarian for many, many years. I must say I have by far, had the best experiences I ever had with Bulger's veterinary team over the years. Many pets have visited this hospital and I am grateful for their excellent care. My pets are still under their care. ❤

Bulger Animal Hospital is amazing. From routine visits to ER visits, they are spectacular, especially Dr Julie Haller. She loves the animals as if they are her own and is beyond thorough with her care and treatment. I highly recommend them to all. I had two medically complex dogs and wouldn’t think of going elsewhere.

This place is incredible in every way. They are absolute angels. I cant express enough the warmth and compassion we were shown when having to send our 14 year old beloved dog, Preston across the rainbow bridge. What a wonderful place this is.
